Scott Neil, Executive Director

As the executive director for Touchmark, Scott Neil oversees all aspects of Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village, including cottage homes, apartment lodge homes, independent living, residential care, and home care. He joined Touchmark’s administrator-in-training program in 2004 and worked at Touchmark on South Hill in Spokane, Washington. Ask Scott and he’ll be delighted to tell you his family’s favorite spots to bike and kayak in Bend.
