Doing What We Love

At Touchmark, supporting the Alzheimer’s Association is more than an annual fundraiser—it’s an extension of our mission to enrich people’s lives.

This year, residents, families, team members, and neighbors across Touchmark communities raised an incredible $139,120 through the Alzheimer’s Association’s Do What You Love to End ALZ® campaign. Together, our communities transformed a season of fun into a season of purpose, proving that when people come together around a cause that touches so many lives, remarkable things happen.

Every community found its own way to make an impact.

Classic car enthusiasts gathered at Touchmark at Fairway Village, Touchmark at The Ranch, Touchmark at Pilot Butte, Touchmark at Coffee Creek, and Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village, where gleaming vintage vehicles, live music, delicious food, and family-friendly activities helped drive donations while bringing neighbors together.

Others celebrated through signature community events. Touchmark in the West Hills hosted a Lobster Boil Charity Dinner, while Touchmark on South Hill welcomed guests to its Hope on the Harbor Seafood Boil with live music. At Touchmark at All Saints, a Summer Concert featuring Surfin’ Safari turned an evening of entertainment into an opportunity to give back.

Wellness also played an important role throughout the campaign. Touchmark at Georgetown hosted a Summer Concert, Summer Solstice sound bath, and chair yoga sessions, while Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village encouraged residents and team members to participate in fitness challenges and walking events. Touchmark on South Hill also expanded its impact through community partnerships that connected residents with local organizations while raising awareness for Alzheimer’s disease.

Family festivals brought communities together across the Touchmark family. Touchmark at Wedgewood welcomed visitors with a petting zoo, face painting, and food trucks. Touchmark on West Century hosted a community festival for all ages, while Touchmark on Saddle Drive combined a pancake breakfast, Memorial Walk/Run, food trucks, a bounce house, face painting, a barbecue dinner, live music, and an educational presentation from the Alzheimer’s Association into a day dedicated to both celebration and education. At Touchmark at The Ranch, a community fundraising walk complemented its car show and family festival, creating multiple opportunities to support the cause.

While every dollar made a difference, several communities achieved especially remarkable fundraising milestones:

  • Touchmark in the West Hills: $37,129
  • Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village: $15,000
  • Touchmark on South Hill: $14,039
  • Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village: $9,550
  • Touchmark at Georgetown: $6,624
  • Touchmark on West Century: $5,556
  • Touchmark on West Prospect: $5,545
  • Touchmark at All Saints: $5,135

Those totals represent far more than dollars raised. They reflect countless hours of planning, volunteering, participating, and giving by residents, families, team members, and community partners who believe in creating a future without Alzheimer’s disease.

Thank You for Making a Difference

To everyone who attended an event, volunteered their time, made a donation, or helped spread the word—thank you.

Your generosity helped raise $139,120 for the Alzheimer’s Association while strengthening the connections that make every Touchmark community so special. Together, we celebrated, exercised, volunteered, and gathered with purpose, demonstrating what can happen when we truly do what we love to help end Alzheimer’s.
